Welcome to Car Sounds by RevIt! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Sounds by RevIt mobile application (the "App") provided by RevIt ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  • Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems or networks.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, sounds, and all underlying software and technology, is the property of RevIt or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Car Sounds by RevIt" and associated logos are trademarks of RevIt. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

4. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

THE SOUNDS PROVIDED IN THE APP ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR REALISM, ACTUAL ENGINE SOUNDS MAY VARY.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

RevIt ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our Car Sounds by RevIt mobile application (the "App").
